TERMS & CONDITION


  • First to pay, first-serve basis.

  • Maximum of tickets for each transaction is depend on the organizer.

  • Your SMTickets Account will be used to secure, so we will collect your SMTickets username and password.

  • Please be ONLINE, so you can confirm ASAP if you will proceed in purchasing the ticket.

  • We will provide maximum of 15 minutes in securing your ticket (as per SMTickets allotted time for online transactions) before we proceed with our next costumer/s.

  • We are not liable for any other future transaction that will be made on your accounts.

  • We are not liable for any missing vouchers, you will be the one to contact SMTickets or the show organizer to resolve this issue.

  • Please change your passwords IMMEDIATELY after the transaction has been made.

  • Once you send us a DM on the day of ticket selling and we proceed with logging in to your SMTicket account, you have to pay 50% of our ticketing assistance fee for a failed transaction and 100% ticketing assistance fee for a successful transaction.

  • The transaction is considered failed if the tickets are sold out; once the customer proceeds on taking our ticketing assistance and all of a sudden they back out.

How much is your assistance fee?

  • It range from 200 to 500 pesos per ticket.

How low is the queuing number of your past vip standing or soundcheck costumer?

  • We're sorry to say this, but we didn't monitor the que number of our costumer.

How will I claim my tickets from you?

  • Since we will be using your SMTickets account, you can claim it by yourself on any SM Cinema or SM Customer Service

How we will collect your payment?

  • For faster transaction, we will use OUR GCASH as it takes time to ask for an OTP.

  • Please send 50% of the assistance fee to secure a slot.

  • Ticket price + online charge + remaining assistance fee will be collected 2 hours before the ticket selling or a day before the ticket selling.

  • Our GCash details will be sent thru EMAIL once all slots have been taken.

  • FULL PAYMENT = TICKET PRICE + ONLINE CHARGE + ASSISTANCE FEE

Is my payment refundable incase the ticket was not secured?

  • 100% of the ticket price + online charge will be refunded.

  • Only 50% of the assistance fee will be refunded in case the show is sold out or if the transaction fails.
